COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Primi

Cook for 10 minutes at 200°C, until crispy.

Secondi

Cannelloni; preheat your oven to 180°C, place your cannelloni into a baking tray and cook for 20-25 minutes.

Polpette; add a splash of water to the salsa, then slow cook on the hob until piping hot. Lightly toast the ciabatta in your oven or toaster.

Dolce

Remove from fridge 15 minutes before serving.

Sicilian Cannoli

Best served with espresso!
