A Taste of Italy, Right Here in Tring

If you’ve ever found yourself sitting in a sunlit Italian piazza, spritz in hand and soaking in the warm air - you already know the magic of Aperitivo. That's why we’ve recreated that exact feeling for our summer evenings in Tring, every Thursday and Friday.

From 6pm to 8pm, join us for our relaxed, pre-dinner ritual: drinks, small plates, and good company.

Introducing: Basilico Bianco🌱

Our summer cocktail menu just got a new star. The Basilico Bianco is everything you want in a seasonal sip - light, refreshing and oh-so-Italian. Blending a crisp white wine base with limoncello, fresh basil, and just a hint of hazelnut; it’s a drink that captures summer in a glass. The recipe was developed in-house by our wonderful Lucy!

Whether you're catching up with a friend or easing into the weekend, it’s the perfect way to begin your evening.

Wine of the Month - Now by the Carafe at Aperitivo🍶

Because summer is best when shared, we’re now serving our Wine of the Month by the carafe. Pour generously, toast often, and enjoy a bottle’s worth of beautiful wine without any of the formality. It’s perfect for relaxed evenings, sharing stories with loved ones and losing your sense of time.

Each month brings a new wine to try, handpicked by our in-house wine expert, Chris, to pair perfectly with our food and the season.
