7pm, Tuesday 19th December ______________________________ For this Christmassy session, we'll be learning how to make tortellini in brodo; a traditional course for Christmas lunch in the Northern regions of Italy. It's an absolute classic Italian comfort food, dating back to the XII century. The tortellini are made with meat, Parma ham, Parmesan cheese and nutmeg, and served with chicken & beef broth. Enjoy a glass of Prosecco and Pugliese taralli on us, while you learn how to make pasta from an expert. You'll then cook your pasta, before tucking in with your fellow guests. A special selection of Italian wines, chosen by Nonna's Supper Club, will be available to buy during the evening to enjoy with your pasta. Session finishes at 9pm.
