7pm to 9pm, Tuesday 27th February ______________________________ For this session, we'll be learning how to make Garganelli; a traditional egg pasta shape from the Emilia Romagna, with the distinctive aroma of nutmeg. Perfect for rich & creamy sauces! Enjoy a glass of Prosecco and Pugliese taralli on us, while you learn how to make pasta from an expert. You'll then cook your pasta, before tucking in with your fellow guests. The bar will be open throughout the evening, so you'll be able to enjoy a beverage or two while you work! We are regretfully not able to cater for gluten free dietary requirements for this session currently. Whilst we take all reasonable precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products at our events will be 100% free of allergens. All workshops, and the products used at them, may contain traces of the 14 major allergens.
