6:30pm, Tuesday 7th November ______________________________ Over the course of the evening, you'll be learning how to make two home comforts from Campania; Parmigiana di melanzane and jam biscotti. Once you've made your dishes (with Sofia's guidance), you'll be invited to cook your food with Sofia and tuck in with your fellow guests. The bar will be open throughout the evening, so you'll be able to enjoy a beverage or two while you work! We are regretfully not able to cater for gluten free/vegan dietary requirements for this session currently. Workshop finishes at 8:30pm.
