7pm, Tuesday 19th September ______________________________ For this session, we'll be learning how to make this 'holy' pasta shape from the tradition of the 'cucina povera'; made with semolina. Enjoy a glass of Prosecco and Pugliese taralli on us, while you learn how to make pasta from an expert. You'll then cook your pasta with Giuliana's traditional homemade sauce, before tucking in with your fellow guests. A special selection of Italian wines, chosen by Nonna's Supper Club, will be available to buy during the evening to enjoy with your pasta. Session finishes at 9pm.
