Each week, we'll introduce you to a different, authentic pasta dish ready to cook in under 10 minutes.

Available for you to subscribe to weekly, fortnightly or monthly, we’ll deliver you a pasta dish for two, four or six people. 

You can skip any deliveries by simply sending us an email or giving us a call, there are no ties. 

Pasta subscriptions are available to those within a 10 mile radius of Tring, Hertfordshire.

WHAT WE'LL SEND YOU

Pasta

Each morning, we get to work rolling fresh pasta ready to be delivered the same day. Our pasta is made from delicious Clarence Court eggs and the finest Italian flours. 

sauce

All our sauces are made using the best seasonal British produce & everything we can’t source locally comes direct from Italy. 

Parmesan

The perfect amount of fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano

garnish

A little something extra to give it that finishing touch!

 

subscription prices

Our pricing matrix is detailed below - it's a really easy way for you to see how much your subscription costs, 

based on how many people and how often you'd like your deliveries. 

 

Our subscription prices are based on the total for the year, divided by 12 so that you have one single, consistent monthly payment. 

We do it this way so that your pricing doesn't jump up and down each month

 and you'll always know how much you're paying. 

 

Remember, whilst our prices are calculated this way, we'll never hold you to a contract and you can cancel anytime. 

All subscriptions will be collected at the 1st of every month & new subscriptions will be charged pro rata for the part month. 

We'll send out your first delivery the week after you've signed up!

If you're having people over and you'd like to up your portion size for that week, just let us know and we'll make some more for you for a one off payment!

INGREDIENTS (allergens in bold)

00 egg pasta 320g - 00 wheat flour, free range St Ewe egg. Lamb sauce 280g - ground lamb shoulder, red pepper, garlic, celery, onion, carrot, white wine, chicken stock, olive oil, salt, pepper, clove, bay, parsley, rosemary, pecorino cheese.

RIGATONI WITH FRESH PEAS, MINT, PECORINO & WALNUTS

Semolina pasta 320g - Semolina wheat flour, water, free range St Ewe egg. Pea sauce 280g - fresh peas, mint, vegetable stock, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, Selezione Fiandino cheese, pecorino cheese, walnuts
