About Sofia
Originally from Cilento in Southern Italy, Sofia's interest in food goes back to learning how to make fresh pasta from her Nonna Luigia, since knee high.
Her passions for passing on Italian traditions has lead her to teach at various cooking schools, while working with multiple online platforms that strive to do the same.
Sofia's passion saw her through to the Quarterfinals of MasterChef UK 2021 winning the famous apron with her signature dish.

After discovering our deli completely by chance, Sofia & I bonded over our shared love of our heritage, along with our passions for sharing Italian culture through the art of cooking; which brought us to collaborate on these very special Supper Clubs.
