Join us at the Deli this Spring for a masterclass with renowned food author and culinary expert; Ursula Ferrigno.

Ursula, a passionate advocate for traditional Italian cuisine, will guide you through making her two favourite pasta dishes entirely from scratch. You'll get to enjoy her creations on the evening with fellow guests, and take the recipes to recreate at home. No need to worry about ingredients - we have everything you need in our Pantry.

Italian wines, beers and soft drinks will be available to purchase on the evening, and you'll even have the opportunity to help make the dishes, if you'd like.
About Ursula
​
Ursula has traveled the globe, sharing her strong passion for traditional Italian food and cooking techniques through her books, television appearances and masterclasses.
​​
Most notably, she's been teaching at leading cookery schools in both the UK and Italy, such as Leith's School of Food and Wine, Eataly, Divertimenti and La Cucina Caldesi.​ She's toured the United States, running classes in all Sur la Table stores, and been consultant chef to Caffè Nero for over 15 years. Not to mention; she's published over 18 cookery books.

Two summers ago, Ursula hosted a book signing and meet & greet at the Deli. We bonded over our shared love for our Italian heritage, and her enthusiasm was so inspiring that we knew we wanted to plan a celebration of Italy’s food culture together.
